Our class always begins with the same weekly stretching routine. After that we do range of motions exercises to complete our stretch. From there we move on to basic kicking, striking and blocking, and other single and two person martial arts activities. We practice techniques and applications for the four categories of fighting: kicking, striking, joint locking and wrestling.
